Vacuum Resistance Furnace Vega-1M for High-Temperature Thermal Processing

Electrofurnace "Vega-1M" is designed for various thermal processes (annealing, degassing, sintering, etc. processes) in vacuum at temperatures up to 1600 °C and small gas emissions, at which there is no interaction of the residual gas environment with the materials of the heater, thermal insulation and other structural elements. Operation in the environment of neutral gases of high purity at overpressure not more than 0.02 MPa (0.2 kgf/cm2) is provided, and the operating temperature is determined depending on the physical parameters of the gas. The unit is manufactured in accordance with TU-3442-006-70950418-2011, meets the requirements of TR TS 004/2011, TR TS 020/2011 and has a certificate of conformity.
