Vacuum Pumping System with Collection Tank for Efficient Food Waste Handling

The unit is designed for processing and transporting food waste from the galley areas into a collection tank, with a 1.0 m³ collection tank, assembled on a single frame. The unit for treatment and transportation of solid and liquid food waste "Gulfstream-Compact UV-PO" is manufactured and developed on the basis of vacuum transportation technologies. The unit is supplied as a single unit assembly with control panel, pumps and additional equipment, assembled on a frame with piping and fittings.

The unit is designed to create vacuum, transport sewage in the system, to collect and store food waste in a storage tank, as well as to dispense sewage overboard / ashore / collection vessel. "Gulfstream-Compact UV-PO" automatically creates a vacuum in the pipeline. The vacuum production is controlled by a vacuum sensor and a software logic controller (PLC).
