URB-51 Drilling Rig on Ural NEXT for Resource Exploration

Exploratory drilling units URB-51 are designed for exploration of minerals, study of mineral resource base and preparation of technological maps for excavation of reserves, as well as for geological work for design, construction and reconstruction of enterprises.

Technical Features:

Original four-speed rotator with smooth and precise speed adjustment from the control panel. "Floating" mode of operation of the hydraulic feed cylinder, which allows for maximum accuracy in selecting the tool force on the bottom hole. Two-sided "hydraulic locks", allowing to exclude spontaneous and uncontrolled movement of actuators. All-metal welded construction of the mast, protecting the hydraulic cylinder feed from dust, sludge, environmental impact, as well as perfectly absorbing the load from the torque on the rotator and the reactive forces when feeding and extracting drilling tools.
