Ural-5 Feeding Mechanism for Wire Welding - High Performance and Reliability

6-roller feeder URAL-5 is designed for mechanised welding with solid section wire and flux-cored wire of large diameters in heavy continuous modes in forward and reverse polarity.

Provides:

2 and 4-stroke torch operation modes, welding "points" (by adjusting the duration of the "point"); welding mode control from the torch (torch operation mode 4T2). By briefly pressing the torch button, the welder can switch to another pre-set higher or lower welding mode without leaving the welding site; connection of the water-cooled torch directly to the feeder; reliable operation with solid wires of 1.6 and 2.0 mm and flux cored wires up to 3.2 mm in continuous modes. On request it is possible to equip it with an arrow ammeter and voltmeter.

All URAL series feeders have digital indication of welding mode parameters
