The equipment USO-4 is designed for fixing packages of rail-track grating links on four-axle platforms for transportation to the place of track laying. It is used for fixing the packages of rail links on the platforms during transport and moving them along the platform during track laying. It works in complex with track-laying cranes of UK-25/9-28 series.
