GAKS-F-5 grinding machines are designed for grinding with abrasive wheels and lapping flat sealing surfaces of pipeline valves with cast iron lappers. Worked items: bodies, wedges, discs of gate valves, spools of stop valves (valves), safety valves with nominal bore from 50 to 800 mm. Used abrasives: abrasive paste, abrasive discs, abrasive abrasive sandpaper. The delivery set of the machine includes: machine with tilt-coordinate table, control panel, a set of tools for grinding and lapping, a stand for tool blocks, tool cabinet.
