The electric universal frying pan of the ESC type is intended for frying products in the main way, vegetable pasting, stewing, as well as seasoning of meat, fish and vegetable products at catering enterprises independently or as a part of technological lines. The frying pan is not intended for continuous (in-line) cooking of products. The bowl is hinged on the inner frame.
The frame is fitted with side and front walls made of stainless steel. The rear skin is made of painted galvanised steel. The base stands on four legs.
The pan bowl has a hinged lid, which is fixed in the open position with an M8 bolt.
