UKRS-20 Underground and Capital Well Repair Unit for Efficient Operations

The coiled tubing rig for underground and workover wells "UKRS-20" is designed for downhole lifting operations at oil, gas and gas condensate wells during the following technological operations:

-direct and reverse flushing of the production string and bottomhole; -elimination of various types of plugs and deposits inside the production string; <ul> <li>- pumping of process fluids,</li> </ul>-working with downhole and trapping tools, -drilling out cement plugs and other drilling operations, -flushing and thawing of small diameter pipelines of the internal infrastructure of oil and gas fields.

-Chassis: KrAZ-7140 8x6 /MZKT-652712 8x8; -Depth of descent: 38.1 mm diameter DBT, 3 000 m; -Max. pulling force of MF: 20/24 t.s.; -Max. working pressure of the manifold: 35 MPa; -Loading torque of the equipment installer: 26 TM; -Equipment of wellhead: preventer / sealer: 35-70 MPa.
