Ultrasonic Testing Device USO-1A-1 for Railway Axles - Precision and Reliability

USO-1A-1 is intended for ultrasonic control (USO) of railway axles of RU1 and RU1Sh types. Axles type RU1Sh must comply with GOST 33200 "Axles of wheel sets of railway rolling stock. General technical conditions", RU1 type axles must comply with GOST 22780 "Axles for railway wagons of 1520 (1524) mm gauge. Types, parameters and dimensions". ODR is installed on the tread part of the axle and implements all variants of "BR" method, which allow to carry out ultrasonic testing of the neck and tread part of the axle without dismantling the axle unit or with partially dismantled axle unit (without removing the inner rings of bearings).
