Ultrasonic baths are made of stainless steel, resistant to aggressive media and equipped with a lid, heating system and maintaining the temperature of the working solution and timer. The range of regulation of temperature of working solution in baths from ambient temperature up to 85C.The frequency of ultrasonic vibrations in working mode 25-35 kHz is chosen depending on the types of cleaned contamination of parts.Location of emitters depends on the size of cleaned parts, complexity of contamination and technological parameters determined by the customer. The generator of ultrasonic cleaning is designed on the principle of feedback system, and in automatic mode selects the most effective power of ultrasonic emitters, depending on the density of the liquid, temperature, volume and geometry of parts. There are also systems: protection against dry start; automatic power adjustment; frequency auto-tuning; soft start and soft shutdown; diagnostics and protection against abnormal situations.
