Description

Ulicor ultrasonic analyser, in the version for the analysis of dairy products is equipped with the appropriate graduation designed (in the basic version) to measure the mass fraction of fat, protein and density in milk in accordance with the measurement technique certified in the prescribed manner. Additionally, the analyser measures or calculates on the basis of measured data lactose, mineral salts (ash), mass fraction of total and skimmed milk residue, degree of homogenisation and freezing point of milk, and also indicates the temperature of the sample and the amount of added water.
