U-FLEX Series UTE - Flexible Seismic Joint for Fire and Water Systems

The U-Flex seismic joint of the hortum brand is a bellows compensator in stainless braid. Scope of application: dilatation transitions in fire and water supply systems, tunnels, mains, residential buildings, administrative and industrial premises, as well as pipelines located in areas with seismic activity up to 9 points. The purpose of application of seismic compensators: compensation of axial, shear and angular displacements of the pipeline, arising due to temperature changes in its length, seismic activity or shrinkage of the foundation of buildings; removal of vibration loads, sealing of pipelines; prevention of destruction and deformation of pipelines. The company designs and manufactures bellows compensators to order depending on the features of the project, according to the technical requirements of the customer. Design engineers of the plant help with the placement of expansion joints, guide and fixed supports, as well as provide technical support at all stages of operation.
