Twist-8 Cultivator for Efficient Soil Preparation and Tillage

Cultivators "Twist" are designed for surface tillage of soil to a depth of 4 to 12 cm, shallow (up to 10 cm) loosening of stubble, tillage and fallow land. The cultivator should be operated in soil-climatic zones on soils of all types, at humidity of 12-24% and soil hardness up to 1.2 MPa (12 kgf/cm2) in horizons from 0 to 12 cm on fields with flat and undulating up to 8º terrain. Stones over 5 cm in size are not allowed in the soil and on the field surface. Twist" cultivators are designed for pre-sowing cultivation of all types of soils on the basis of cultivation and ploughing, with embedding of headland furrows. Cultivator "Twist" qualitatively performs in one pass weed killing, loosening (up to 12cm), levelling, mulching and rolling of the soil (adjustable compaction of the topsoil) with the creation of a compacted seed bed in the sowing layer, provides resource-saving integrated soil treatment.
