The truck crane KS-45717K-1 is designed for construction and assembly, loading and unloading operations with ordinary cargoes, as well as toxic and explosive substances at dispersed sites. Base chassis - KAMAZ-65115 of ecological class 5 Max. load with normal cargoes - 25 tonnes Max.load with toxic and explosive substances - 20 tonnes Crane mechanisms drive - hydraulic with a possibility to combine working operations Boom - telescopic three-section boom.

The boom is telescoped by a hydraulic cylinder and a chain hoist system. The boom metal structures can be made of 10XSND steel and S700MC steel. In order to increase the boom length and under boom space it is possible to additionally equip the boom with a 9.0 m long gooseneck, which can be installed parallel to the main boom or at an angle of 30 degrees.
