The sterile implantable main component of the total knee endoprosthesis is designed to articulate with the femoral component, which is implanted behind the natural patella using bone cement in primary or revision bicondylar knee replacement. The convex portion of the patella is compatible with the femoral component. The patella endoprosthesis has 4 sizes in diameter with identical 6 mm long spikes.
