Titanium Anode Grounding Rods AZ-TES for Electrochemical Protection of Steel Pipelines

Anode earthing devices AZ-TPP are used in systems of electrochemical protection against corrosion of steel pipelines and structures. The products are used as part of cathodic protection installations to ensure the flow of protective current into the electrically conductive external environment. AZ-TPPs for deep installation consist of a low-soluble working electrode T32 with MMO coating, placed in a metal case (modification "K"), a contact unit and a conductive electric cable.

Positioning of the working electrode symmetrically to the housing walls (in the centre) is ensured by means of centring devices. An electric cable is connected to the working electrode. The contact unit of cable connection is made in hermetically sealed version.

The body of the products is filled with coke-mineral activator and placed in a bandage to ensure the possibility of assembling the product into a single "garland" and launching it to the designed depth in the well.
