Triangular Grading Machine T-8 for Effective Grain Separation

The Trieger is designed for the separation of impurities differing in length from the grains of the main crop. In this case, the grain mixture is pre-treated on air-sieve separators. The trier is used both as a part of grain cleaning complexes and autonomously.

External environment is non-aggressive, non-explosive with the content of non-conductive grain dust up to 4 mg/m3. The trier is manufactured in climatic version U of category "3.1" according to GOST 15150-69. Operation of the machine is provided in premises of class B-IIa according to PUE.

The electric motor of the drive is powered from AC mains with voltage 380 V, frequency 50 Hz. Permissible fluctuation of supply voltage from 360V to 400V. The initial material should come preliminary and primary cleaning on air-sieve machines: - humidity of initial material - up to 16%; - content of weed impurities - up to 5%; - temperature of ambient air from minus 15 to plus 45 ° C.
