Surveillance Complex with Photo and Video Recording "Dozor-M3" for Time Monitoring

The software and hardware complexes with photo and video fixation "Dozor-M3" (hereinafter - complexes) are designed to measure the current time synchronised with the national time scale UTC(SU), measure the current navigation parameters and determine on their basis the coordinates of complexes. The principle of operation of the complexes when measuring the current time and coordinates is based on parallel reception and processing of signals of navigation spacecrafts of GLONASS/GPS space navigation systems by means of the receiver included in the complex, automatic synchronisation of the time scale of the complex with the national time scale UTC(SU) and recording of the current moment of time and coordinates in the stored photo and video frames formed by the complex.
