Instrument for surgical treatment of the spine. Used for bending a 6 mm longitudinal tie in a range of angles from 10 to 31. Made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

The total length is 285 mm. Consists of two parts connected by a hinge. On the axis with the hinge there is a three-position cam with three bending angles.

On the opposite side the longitudinal tie is crimped by two movable rollers. Laser marking of the angular position of the bending cam, tie diameter, individual marking. Reusable.
