A sterile handheld cylindrical product with a pre-attached needle designed to be used in conjunction with a vacuum blood collection tube to draw blood samples from a patient. It is a hollow plastic adapter with a pre-attached blood collection needle at one end into which a blood collection tube is placed at the other end. The device allows blood to be collected into multiple tubes with a single venipuncture. This is a single-use product.
The holder is designed for the use of standard needles with a Luer type connection.
The product is sterile. There is no possibility of reuse (sterile single-use product).
