Description
Small training discs are necessary for athletes to reach new records - at maximum weights every kilogram plays a key role. But small barbell discs also play an important role in the rehabilitation of athletes and training of beginners, as both groups need a smooth increase in the load on muscles and joints.The weight range of steel training discs contains weights of 0.5 kg, 1.0 kg, 1.25 kg and 2.5 kg. Each disc has a 51mm diameter seating hole and will fit any Olympic barbell.
The surface is powder coated and oven baked at high temperature. The edges of the disc are slightly chamfered so as not to injure athletes' hands.
