Steam Turbine Protection Valve Block BZK A-189-12300 for Flow Control

It is used for protection of the flowing part of steam turbine against reverse flow of water vapour with possibility of flow regulation. Regulation is provided by a disc butterfly valve driven by an electromechanical actuator. The actuator utilises the principle of combining in one mechanism the functions of relatively slow-acting precise automatic or manual gate control by means of a MEOF actuator and the function of fast-acting emergency gate control by means of an oil-free spring actuator.

Place of installation: pipelines of production steam extraction. Installation requirements: BZK is designed for installation in closed premises with ambient temperature up to +50 °C on horizontal sections of pipelines in position with actuator upwards. Connection to the pipeline: under welding.
