Static Multirate Energy Meter Milur 107 for Accurate Energy Measurement

"Single-phase, directly connected, multi-tariff static electricity meter Milur 107 with built-in microcontroller is designed for measuring and metering of electric active and reactive energy in two-wire AC networks with voltage 230 V and frequency 50 Hz. The basic (maximum) load current is 5(80) A. The meter can be operated both autonomously and as part of automated systems of commercial electricity metering ASKUE with a pre-set programme and the ability to set (correct) the appropriate schedule.

The meter is available in a housing: <ul> <li>- SPLIT - for outdoor installation, consists of two blocks (IP20 and IP54).</li> </ul> The meter is available in versions containing the following additional devices or functions: <ul> <li>- additional communication interface (PLC, PLC.G3/RF868, RF868);</li> <li>hardware load switching on/off.</li> </ul>Display of consumed electrical energy is carried out on the liquid crystal display (hereinafter - LCD) of the meter, which is located in a separate indication unit, which is a portable control panel of the meter. The counting mechanism indicates readings directly in kilowatt-hours (kW?h) when measuring active energy and in kilowar-hours (kvar?h) when measuring reactive energy. in kilowatt-hours (kWh) when measuring reactive energy.

The stored energy is displayed as an eight-digit number, with the two lower two digits, separated by a comma, display tenths and hundredths of kWh (kvar-hr). The LCD, in the appropriate operating modes, displays the following information:

• - active and reactive energy consumed in total and according to the established tariffs;
• active tariff number;
• date and time;
• network address of the meter;
• software version number (identification number);
• digital identifier (checksum) of the software.

• values of metered active and reactive energy as of the beginning of each month for all tariffs for twelve months;
• values of metered active and reactive energy at the beginning of each day for all tariffs for the last 123 days;
• values of metered active and reactive energy, as well as maximum active and reactive power of half-hourly power slices for the last 123 days;
• tariff schedule;
• serial (factory) number of the meter;
• software version number (identification number);
• digital identifier (checksum) of the software;
• time and date of opening the terminal and interface covers.

• - maintaining an event log with the date and time of power on/off, opening of the terminal block cover and interface cover, clock correction and tariff schedule;
• maintenance of a load power profile array with programmable integration time;
• control of the load by generating a control signal on a configurable test output or by means of an inbuilt relay.
