Stalker Measurement Systems for Speed Measurement - Automatic Traffic Violation Recorder Model "B

Systems measuring "Stalker" (APK Mod. "B") are designed to measure the speed of vehicles. The principle of operation is based on measuring the distance travelled by the vehicle for an interval of time.

On the controlled road section, speed measurements are based on the measurement of the time spent by the vehicle to overcome the section of the road between several AICs. Measurements of current time and coordinates are based on processing of GLONASS/GPS signals and automatic time synchronisation with the Russian UTC(SU) time scale, recording of current time and coordinates in stored materials. The systems comply with GOST R 57144-2016 "Special technical means operating in automatic mode and having functions of photo and film shooting, video recording, to ensure traffic control.

The operating mode of the Systems is round-the-clock. The systems include: video camera, microcomputer, control module, GPS-GLONASS module, LTE/WiFi/DSRC module, IR illuminator, located inside the body of the systems.
