Stalker Measurement Systems for Traffic Speed Monitoring - APC Automatic Radar Registration Mod. "R

Systems measuring "Stalker" (APK Mod. "R") are designed to measure the speed of vehicles. On the controlled section of the road speed measurements are based on the measurement of the time spent by the vehicle to overcome the section of the path between the AIC.

When measuring the instantaneous speed of the vehicle in the control zone, the principle of operation is based on the Doppler effect. Measurements of current time and coordinates are based on GLONASS/GPS signal processing and automatic time synchronisation with the Russian UTC(SU) time scale, recording of current time and coordinates in stored materials. The systems comply with GOST R 57144-2016 "Special technical means operating in automatic mode and having functions of photo and film shooting, video recording, to ensure traffic control.

The operating mode of the AIC is round-the-clock. The systems include: video camera, microcomputer, control module, GPS-GLONASS module, LTE/WiFi/DSRC module, IR illuminator, located inside the body of the systems, radar module.
