Description

Faskosnimatel is designed for mechanical processing of pipe ends with a diameter of 50-160 mm for welding: cutting off the pipe section and chamfering its end. It is used for laying and repair of pipelines for various purposes and can be used in various industries - oil, gas, energy, chemical and others. Type of drive - pneumatic.

Chamfering - up to 20 mm. Chamfering angle is set by the cutter geometry. The direction of rotation of the faceplate is clockwise.

It is based on the pipe outer diameter. Installation and adjustment of the device position on the pipe is carried out by means of set screws. The machined surface creates favourable conditions for welding, without requiring additional operations on surface finishing with abrasive materials.
