Irkroprotection barriers with galvanic isolation are intrinsic safety barriers with galvanic separation of intrinsically dangerous and intrinsically safe circuits, combining a passive (shunt-diode) intrinsic protection barrier and a signal converter.Designed to limit the electrical energy supplied to the hazardous area. They ensure interfacing of equipment placed in the explosion-proof zone with devices and appliances installed in hazardous areas as separating elements between intrinsically safe and intrinsically hazardous circuits.
