The MIB-200 Ex intrinsic protection barrier is designed to ensure intrinsic safety in electrical circuits of devices located in the hazardous area. Operation of the product should be carried out in the explosion-proof zone according to Ex-marking.
Field of application of the product - enterprises of oil, coal, petrochemical, gas and other industries associated with processing, production, use or storage of explosive mixtures, gases or vapours with air.
The product MIB-200 Ex spark protection barrier has 12 versions. The version of the product is determined by the type of inputs and outputs, as well as the direction of signal transmission: from the hazardous area to the explosion-proof or from the explosion-proof to the explosion-proof. The letter "A" in the barrier designation indicates a test interval of 6 years. Without "A" - the test interval is 2 years.
