IzhOzon ozonators are designed for:
- treatment of containers intended for storage and transport of food raw materials;
- treatment of warehouses, vegetable storages, in the presence of food in them;
- treatment of refrigerating chambers.
Industrial ozonators allow:
-disinfect meat in raw and frozen form before storage;
-disinfect workshops, refrigerators, containers, clothing, transport and everything that is involved in the production of meat.
In pig breeding premises at ozonisation (ozone concentration 0,2 mg/m 3, during 2 hours per day) there is a characteristic reduction of general bacterial infestation by 50%, and the number of Escherichia coli, paratyphoid bacilli - by 85%.
Periodic disinfection with ozone of the air in production premises allows to reduce the content of harmful gases such as ammonia and hydrogen sulphide by 85°/o and 90°/o and thus significantly reduce microbial contamination and mould development..
