Single Crossover Type R65 for Efficient Track Switching (Project 2728.00.000-04/05)

Single exit is designed for transfer of rolling stock from one of parallel tracks to another. It is used on the main tracks of railway lines with mixed freight and passenger train traffic and speeds of passenger trains in the straight direction up to 200 km/h. Flexible sharps with welded rail ends are used in the arrow.

The crossbar with continuous rolling surface with flexible-turn core. The sharps, core rails, whiskers, curve rails and frame rails are HFI hardened. Frame rails, curve rails made of OT 350 category rails.

Track spacing is 4188 mm. Single exit ramp type P65 grade 1/11 is manufactured in the following versions: 2728.00.000-04 - right; 2728.00.000-05 - left.
