Shock Freezing Machine CR5-L for Quick Cooling and Food Preservation

The blast chiller is designed for rapid cooling, freezing and storage of food products at catering and trade enterprises. Blast freezing apparatus consists of a casing, refrigerating machine (unit) located in the lower part of the apparatus and evaporator battery with thermostatic control valve and fans. The material of external and internal coverings of the casing and door is stainless steel. The refrigeration machine consists of a compressor with a starting device, a condenser with a fan, a filter-drier, a high pressure switch, a thermostatic control valve, a receiver and a liquid separator. The refrigeration machine operation is controlled by a controller. Defrosting is forced, by natural heat inflows when the door is open.
