Shock Freezing Cabinet SHOK-20-1/1T for Rapid Cooling and Food Storage

Shok-20-1/1T blast chiller is designed for rapid cooling, freezing and further storage of various food products at catering and trade enterprises. Blast freezer ShOK-20-1/1/1T of Abat trade mark is made entirely of austenitic stainless steel AISI 304 1 mm thick (except for the back wall) - both outside and inside. The cabinet can be operated at ambient air temperature up to +35 °C and relative humidity from 40 to 70%.

The cabinet has 20 levels of universal guides for GN 1/1 gastronorms or 600x400 mm baking trays. To switch from using gastronorms to using baking trays, it is necessary to reinstall the left guide. Refrigeration unit of the cabinet is based on Copeland (Emerson) compressor controlled by electronic control unit with the possibility of regulating and maintaining the required temperature.

The cabinet has a solid-filled polyurethane foam housing, air cooler with three fans.
