Shock Freezing Cabinet SHOK-20-1/1 for Quick Cooling and Food Preservation

The blast chiller ShOK-20-1/1 is designed for rapid cooling, freezing and further storage of various food products at catering and trade enterprises. Blast chiller ShOK-20-1/1 of Abat trade mark is made entirely of austenitic stainless steel AISI 304 1 mm thick (except for the back wall) - both outside and inside. The cabinet can be operated at ambient air temperature up to +42 °C and relative humidity from 40 to 70%. The cabinet has 20 levels of universal rails for GN 1/1 or 600x800 mm trays (or 2 trays 600x400 mm). Refrigeration unit is made on the basis of Danfoss compressor, controlled by electronic control unit with the ability to regulate and maintain the required temperature. The cabinet has a solid-filled polyurethane foam housing, air cooler with two fans for uniform temperature distribution inside the useful volume, equipped with automatic defrosting.
