SEMI-TRAILED STEAM CULTIVATOR KPP-12

Cultivator semi-trailed steam KPP-12 is designed for pre-sowing tillage and fallow maintenance. The cultivator can work in all soil-climatic zones of Russia on fields with moisture 8-24% and hardness up to 1,6MPa (1,6kGs/cm2 ), in horizons from 0 to 15 cm. Maximum field slope is 80 , except for soils subject to wind erosion.

The cultivator is designed to work with tractors of traction class 5. The method of hitching is semi-trailed. Stones over 10 cm in size, heaps of straw, twine and wire are not allowed in the soil and on the surface of the field.

The cultivator KPP-12 can be used for the following type of work: - spring tillage of the grain sown to a depth of 15 cm; - pre-sowing preparation of the soil for sowing of industrial crops (sunflower, corn, soybeans, melons); - fallow cultivation; - pre-sowing cultivation for sowing of winter ear crops.
