Self-igniting buoy for lifebuoy, type BSSKr

Self-lighting buoy for lifebuoy of BSSCr type is intended for supplying inland navigation vessels.
The buoy is used to indicate the location of the lifebuoy on the water at night.
The buoy complies with the requirements of these technical specifications, the Rules of the Russian River Register, the Technical Regulations on the safety of inland waterway transport facilities.
The weight is not more than 450 g.
The buoy is resistant to temperatures from -30°C to 50°C.
The buoy light is of white colour and provides light intensity of not less than 2 Cd for not less than 45 minutes and has the following lighting characteristics:
- the time of start of operation from the moment of immersion of the buoy in fresh water with temperature from 0°? to 30°? does not exceed 2 min;
- the time of reaching the working light intensity in salt water is not more than 5 min. and not more than 10 min. in fresh water.
