Screw Slag Remover 154.20.42.030 MCh for Efficient Slag Removal from Solid Fuel Boilers

Slag removal screw 154.20.42.030 MCH (hereinafter referred to as SHU) is installed under the boiler operating on solid fuel and is designed for liquid removal of combustion products (slag). Technical water for cooling the incoming bottom ash is supplied to the SHU. Also the water poured into the SHU serves as a water trap excluding air inflow into the boiler.

The SHU is supplied on a single frame with a crusher and a bath. Gearboxes and electric motors are installed on a separate frame.
