Safe Voltage Monitoring Device UBCN-1, UBCN-2 for Rail Power Systems

The area of application of UBKN is the equipment of power supply of rail circuits at stations and crossings at autoblocking with centralised location of the equipment. UBKN provides continuous control of the effective values of voltage and the level of harmonic components of the main frequency in the frequency band from 400 to 800 Hz at the output and generates a signal of disconnection of the external executive relay of the signalling system of the I class of reliability. UBKN has two versions: UBKN-1 for protection of the TRC devices from the increased voltage of power supply; UBKN-2 for protection of the TRC devices from the increased value of harmonic components of the supply voltage coming to the inputs of the track receivers with ALSN signals. UBKN is a functionally complete product, which allows to place it in supply installations and relay stations. UBKN is built according to the scheme of a two-processor system with strong links, allowing UBKN to operate in the following modes: voltage control, emergency shutdown, the state of protective failure.
