Rotor drying plant type RDS (rotor-disc dryer) is designed for drying various raw materials, pre-pressed on the decanter or separator, and other materials in a continuous mode to the final moisture content
The RDS dryer design allows drying of sticky and hard-to-dry, mushy and loose materials, including wastes of fish, meat, brewing, alcohol industry for processing into feed flour for poultry farms, fish farms and other livestock farms, drying of sunflower meal, etc.
Due to indirect heating of raw materials, the product obtained after such drying does not have traces of carcinogens and extraneous odours, ash content of the obtained product does not exceed the established norms for use as feed additives.
Drying units are used as part of lines for processing of animal waste, pig breeding, poultry, boen waste, carrion and other resources in a continuous mode.
