Roller Rotation Support with Step Adjustment OVRС-1 U3 for Welding Applications

Roller rotator OVRS-1 is designed for installation and rotation of cylindrical products of various diameters with welding speed at automatic, semi-automatic and manual electric arc welding. With the help of roller rotator OVRS-01 it is possible to perform automatic welding of external and internal ring seams of products, as well as surfacing of external and internal surfaces, additionally using mechanical devices.

The OVRS-1 rotator is manufactured in U3 version for operation in temperate climate areas at ambient air temperature from minus 10°C to plus 40°C with relative humidity not exceeding 90% at temperature plus 25°C at an altitude not exceeding 1000m above sea level. The environment must be non-explosive, must not contain aggressive gases and vapours in concentrations destructive to metals and insulation, must not be saturated with conductive dust and water vapours.
