A rigid fixation corset is an orthopaedic corset, a technical rehabilitation device made in the form of a rigid sleeve made of high molecular weight polyethylene (HMPE INKULEN PE 500), hereinafter referred to as polyethylene. It has a pelvic fit contour, as well as additional devices - straps. The corset is designed to correct and restore the functions of the spine in case of its diseases. The rigid fixation corset is designed to replace the support function of the affected segment of the spinal column and to exclude the displacement of vertebrae. Wearing such products is prescribed by the treating orthopaedist or rehabilitation physician.
