RGB Type Automotive Unloader for Efficient Bulk Material Handling

Rolling type car unloaders RGB.01 are designed for unloading of grain crops, grain products and other bulk materials through the open side board from single cars, car haulers with semi-trailers and road trains (total weight (with load) not more than 80 tonnes) with an inclination angle of 38 degrees. The mechanism of the car unloader RGB.01. is designed as follows: the side wall is tilted in such a way that the bulk material is transported along a given path to the required container. The car unloader includes the following assemblies: platforms, lifting device, power shaft, drive, control system.
