Resistance thermocouples made of platinum and copper TCs and their sensitive elements CE are designed to measure the temperature of solid, liquid, gaseous and bulk substances. The principle of operation of RTDs is based on the dependence of the resistance of the detector on temperature. RTDs consist of sensing elements with protective sheaths, internal connecting wires and external terminals allowing connection to electrical measuring devices.
They are manufactured with sensing elements made of platinum and copper. The design of the TS provides for placement of one or two sensing elements in one protective casing. They can also be manufactured in multi-zone (multi-point) versions with the number of zones (temperature control points) from 2 to 30 in one protective casing.
The TCs provide temperature measurement of both neutral and aggressive media.
