The van body is made of 60 - 100 mm thick sandwich panels on the frame-less technology, tied with a metal corner around the perimeter. The load-bearing floor panel is a glued sandwich panel filled with EPPS boards. External and internal cladding of sandwich panels - clad metal, filler - polyurethane foam. Rear door frame - welded construction from metal profiles, with tabs for fastening hardware and reinforcement in the corners. Door leaf - "sandwich" panel, multi-blade seal profile. Locking door hardware - rod reinforced stainless steel.
