Window refrigerated BB(H)Z-1, designed for short-term storage (usually, no more than 4 hours) and distribution of chilled various dishes and drinks that require storage in a chilled state. The cabinet can be used at catering enterprises as a separate technological module or as a section within the food distribution lines of various configurations. On the service side, the cabinet is equipped with sliding doors, and on the consumer side - with upward hinged doors.
Doors and side walls of the cabinet are made of trauma-proof glass. Two shelves are installed in the refrigerated volume of the cabinet. Each shelf and the cabinet top are illuminated by individual lamps.
Tray guides are fixed on the consumer side. Refrigeration unit, air cooler and tray for collecting melt water are installed below, under the cabinet top. The temperature is maintained in the range from +3 to +10 (depending on the load of the cabinet and the outside temperature).
