Rebar Bending Machine for Steel, Model SMZ-172B.03 - Efficient Steel Processing Equipment

The machine model SMZh-172B.03 is designed for cutting reinforcing steel at reinforced concrete factories and construction sites.

The machine can be used for cutting round, square and strip steel with a tensile strength of up to 470MPa according to the machine specifications.

The main units of the SMZh-172B.03 reinforcing steel cutting machine are: complete bed, rocker mechanism, drive mechanism and electric motor. The bed, supported on two channel slides, is designed for mounting all machine units on it. It consists of a base and a cover attached to the base with bolts and cylindrical pins. There are four through holes in the bed, two of which have bronze bushings (bearings) pressed into them.

Cutting of reinforcing steel is performed by flat knives, one of which is driven by a rocker mechanism and the other is stationary
