Description
Set of reagents for determination of iron concentration in serum and plasma. Test material: Serum or blood plasma. Method: End-point method; Nitro-PAPS chromogen; for FEC, semi- and automatic analysers.
Wavelength: 578 (570-590) nm. Linearity: 5 to 179 µmol/L. Sensitivity: not more than 3 µmol/l.
Shelf life of the kit: 12 months at +(2-8) C. Coefficient of variation: not more than 5%.
