Railway Signal Mast with LED Optical Systems for Safety and Traffic Management

Railway mast traffic lights with LED light-optical systems, manufactured according to TU 32 TSSH 2141-2009 (hereinafter referred to as traffic lights) are designed to ensure traffic safety, as well as for the clear organisation of train traffic and shunting work. The traffic lights are designed for operation in macroclimatic regions with moderate and cold climate (climatic execution UHL category of placement 1 according to GOST 15150-69). In accordance with the conditions of placement on mechanical load and climatic factors traffic lights belong to classes MSZ and K4 according to GOST 34012-2016.

Average MTBF is not less than 25,000 hours. Average service life before write-off - not less than 10 years without routine replacement. Guaranteed storage period - 12 months from the date of manufacture of the traffic light.

Warranty period of operation - 36 months. Calculation of the warranty period of operation begins no later than 6 months from the date of receipt (delivery) of the product to the consumer.
