R65 Type Switch for Railway Track - Efficient Transition for Mixed Train Traffic

Designed for transfer of rolling stock from one track to another. It is used on tracks of 1 and 2 classes of railway lines with mixed cargo-passenger train traffic and high-speed mode of passenger trains on the straight track up to 140 km/h. The crossing is interchangeable with the Project 2750 switches.

Spring terminals are used in the crossing, roller devices are installed to facilitate the crossing of shackles. The crossing is made as a monoblock with welded rail ends. Usoviki are installed on the monoblock from the outside.

The counter rail is not connected to the track rail. All pads have high flanges. The shackles and frame rails are HFI hardened.

The P65 type 1/11 mark 1/11 arrow crossing type 53103.00.000/-01, -02, -03 is manufactured in the following versions: 53103.00.000 - right, 53103.00.000-01 - left (headset with short-circuiter VZ-7, straight track speed up to 160 km/h); 53103.00.000-02 - right, 53103.00.000-03 - left.
