R65 Type Switch for Curved Rail Radius 600m - Efficient Track Transition

Designed for the transfer of rolling stock from one track to another in curvilinear sections of the track. Design features: transfer: separate fastening, elastic bar terminals Skl or terminals of PC type, pads with flanges, with subsequent welding of rail joints in the way aluminium-thermite method; switches: flexible shackles with welded rail ends, elastic P-shaped spring terminals, welded pads with cushions, connecting rods-adjustable; crosses: prefabricated with rail whiskers and shortened cast core of high-manganese steel with welded to its rear end rail ends, side working edges curved, counter-rail made of angle SP850.
