Description

PSN-200-U1 for electric trains of intracity and suburban traffic EG2TV "Ivolga 1.0" and "Ivolga 2.0" produced by JSC "Tverskoy Carriage Works" is designed to convert the direct current of the contact network with nominal voltage of 3000 V into alternating three-phase current with nominal voltage of 380 V with frequency of 50 Hz and into direct current with nominal voltage of 110 V to power asynchronous motors of electric drives of air conditioning units, compressors and other loads. PSN-200-U1 at parking can convert the external AC network 3 x 380 V 50 Hz into direct current with nominal voltage of 110 V to supply the control system, lighting and battery charging. PSN-200-U1 is made in the form of two power converters placed in the undercarriage space and includes a high-voltage part and a low-voltage part. There are 160 units in operation.
